It's not much, but it's a fun little game for what it is. Will keep you busy for 2 hours if you're into it.Warning: Lots of button mashing and infuriating hit-stun.. i bought this cheap looking for a game to buy over time for a bit but i ran into so much like unresponsive controls and it just feels weird to play. Pro: Retro music and pixel spritesCon: Brutal level design and weird screen ratio make it too hard to enjoy (tried with both keyboard and controller). Pretty basic platformer. Should be only available on mobile gaming.. This game looked cool, but unfortunately poor level design generally prevents it from being very fun. The mechanics of this game are extremely limited (you have jump, double jump, and shoot, and that's it), and the levels themselves are also very linear and filled with pixel perfect jumps and cheesy instant kills. This generally means there's only one way to handle any given situation, which causes the game to feel repetitive and eliminates any potential for skillful play. On top of this, the enemies in the game also generally take way too many shots, which also makes the game feel fairly slow-paced and button-mashy.This game tries to be a throwback to Gameboy Color, but it possesses no interesting mechanics and would be a fairly mediocre game even if it had been released on that system (comparing this to, say, the GBC Goemon game really drives this point home). It's a shame, too, because the game does possess moments where you can see there was some potential (for example, during the boss fights, which actually allow some degree of freedom and are generally the highlight of the game), but these moments are few and far between.. Neat little platformer with tight controls and fast gameplay.You're a ninja on a quest to avenge your woman by jumping around and throwing your shurikens at anything that moves.Not much to say here.. it's a pretty polished game for the cost of $5, with some great challenging achievements, while nothing really is too crazy to pull.All you gotta do is keep moving forward, avoid hazards, and kill anything that blocks your way.The gameplay is as smooth as it gets, no RNG (a bit at some bosses), just your own skill will determine how fast you beat it.If you're looking for a fun, short and challenging platforming break, this is your game.
